Attorney
Lynne Holton handles commercial and residential real estate closings, wills and estates, and contracts in the office. Lynne is a Law Review graduate of New York Law School and recipient of the Civil Procedure Book Award. Lynne received her undergraduate degree in Religion from William College in Massachusetts where she earned cum laude honors. Lynne is active in the Winston Salem community, volunteering her time at the WSFC public schools and Home Moravian Church.

After earning an AD degree in Police Science and a BS degree in Criminal Justice in 1986 Kippi began a distinguished 15 year career at the Forsyth County District Attorney's Office where she earned the trust and respect of the Winston Salem legal and law enforcement community. It was here that she first began working with Walter Holton, who was an assistant DA in the office from 1985-1987. In 2003 Kippi joined the Forsyth County Public Defender's Office. Following his seven year term as the United States Attorney, Walter asked Kippi to join him as his legal assistant at Grace Holton Tisdale & Clifton, PA, and she continues today as Walter’s primary legal Assistant and Office Manager.

Attorney
Carrie Vickery was a member of the inaugural class at Elon University School of Law where she received her law degree with litigation concentration. While at Elon, Carrie was the founder and President of the Elon Law Democrats and member of the Women's Law Association. She received her B.A. in Political-Science from Western Carolina University and went to high school in Winston-Salem at the North Carolina School of the Arts where she played the oboe. Carrie practices both civil and criminal litigation, concentrates her practice in family law.
Carrie is admitted to practice in all federal district courts in North Carolina and the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association's Family Law Section and serves on several committees within the section. She is also a member of the Forsyth County Young Lawyers Board of Directors. Carrie is an adjunct professor at Forsyth Technical Community College where she teaches Business Law, Family Law, Ethics and Professionalism to paralegal students.

Attorney
Cheryl Andrews graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2006 where she concentrated her studies on criminal law. While in law school, Cheryl was an executive member of the Wake Forest ACLU and an active member of the Women in Law association. Prior to law school, Cheryl received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro majoring in sociology with a criminology emphasis. Cheryl graduated Summa Cum Laude from UNCG and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. Since receiving her law degree, Cheryl has dedicated her practice to criminal defense work, spending several years working with the Public Defender's Office of Forsyth County handling a broad range of felony and misdemeanor cases. Cheryl is the 2011 president of the Forsyth County Criminal Defense Trial Lawyers Association.
